Enhanced Bill Management Made Easy

1. New "Create Bills" Flow

Creating bills is now smoother than ever with our new flow. You can upload attachments directly and review details simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and saving you time.

2. Imported Bills Table

Bills imported from Quickbooks Online will now directly populate into the table on your Bills Dashboard in Truss. This gives you a clearer and more comprehensive view of all your outstanding bills.

3. Streamlined Approval Process

Imported bills from Quickbooks Online will automatically be set to "pending approval," and the account admin(s) will receive notifications to review these.

4. Review & Edit In One Go:

Account admins now have the ability to edit bill details during the review process, providing more control and flexibility.

Instant Withdrawals for Vendors

We are excited to announce that we are working on a game-changing feature that will allow vendors to instantly withdraw funds when accepting payments, even on bank holidays and weekends, for a small fee. Vendors will continue to have the existing options to accept funds for free via ACH, check or Truss.
