Happy July! Here's your Truss Monthly Update.
We’ve made some important changes this month to help you get paid faster, protect your account, and make everything easier to use. Here’s what’s new 👇
✅ What’s New
🛡️ Better Dispute & Fraud Protection
- Truss now automatically holds outgoing payments if there’s a chargeback or fraud alert — so your money stays safe.
- You’ll now see clearer updates when a dispute is in progress or resolved.
🔒 Easier Account Closures
- You can now close your Truss account more easily, and we’ll block all logins right away for security.
- We’ve made sure your transaction history shows this clearly too.
📵 Blocked Logins for Inactive Accounts
- If your account’s been deactivated, it’s now fully locked to keep your data protected.
🛠️ Fixes & Improvements
📱 Easier Signup & Login
- Your email now shows up during signup (so you can double check it's correct).
- Didn’t get the text code? Just hit “Resend” — it’s now built into login and checkout.
💸 Clearer Payment Info
- If a check gets returned, you’ll see a proper message explaining what happened.
- Invoices & bills now show the real transaction amount — no more confusion with fees.
- We rebuilt the Truss balance bar to make it easier to understand what funds are available now versus what funds are yet to settle.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- We cleaned up issues with returned checks, payment timing, and some display bugs.
